SMS Terms

The program

The i4 Homes SMS program sends account and transaction alerts to investors who explicitly opt in during registration. It is not a marketing or promotional program.

What we send

All messages are transactional, triggered by your own account activity:

• One-time login codes (two-factor authentication).
• Phone number verification codes.
• Investment confirmation.
• Payment issue notices.
• Identity verification results.

Message frequency and cost

Message frequency varies with your account activity. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier plan.

How to opt out or get help

Reply STOP to any message to opt out — you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. Reply START to opt back in. Reply HELP, or email cloud@i4homes.com, for support. You can also withdraw consent from your account in the portal; login codes then switch to email.

Opt-in is not a condition of purchase

Consenting to receive text messages is never a condition of investing with i4 Homes or of any purchase.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers may change without notice.
